What we collect
Your name and email, and the listing inputs you send for an audit: nightly rate, cleaning fee, extra-guest fee, booked nights, and country. The public calculator's inputs and computed outputs are retained only as aggregate funnel analytics — no account, no email before the result.
What we never collect
We never ask for your Airbnb login, credentials, or account access — not at intake, not ever.
How it is used
Listing inputs are used to run your fee-impact audit and produce your repricing sheet and, on the Reprice Pack, your PMS-ready repricing CSV. Sentinel clients' inputs are re-run on the monthly re-check schedule.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Payment is handled by Stripe via the payment links on this site; we do not store card numbers.
