The service
StayMargin provides a done-for-you Airbnb fee-impact audit: old vs. new payout, loss per stay and annualised, and repriced per-component numbers intended to restore the pre-change payout at the audited fee rate.
Turnaround
Audit within 48 hours of complete inputs; Reprice Pack within 72 hours for up to 5 listings. The clock pauses while we are waiting on inputs from you.
Guarantee
If our repriced numbers, applied exactly as delivered, do not restore your per-stay payout to within $1 of the pre-change payout at the fee rate we audited, we redo the audit free or refund the order. (Payout restoration is arithmetic; bookings and revenue depend on your market and are never guaranteed.)
Scope
This is arithmetic on your own prices. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice — and we never ask for your Airbnb login.
